1-    Bespoke bookcases in sitting room
A busy family home in need of space for storage and display. The clients are looking to incorporate a T.V/media unit and house their large book collection. Included in the brief was also to ensure we gave the family the best solution for them in terms of sound quality and visuals as well as keeping all wires and tech out of sight.

The design of the bespoke bookcases is kept clean and simple to suit the style of the home and the new adjacent conservatory. The smooth, neutral spray-painted finish will provide a crucial balance with the heavily patterned and textured new upholstered furniture.

2-    Master bedroom in modern farmhouse
We aim to create a balance between sharp, clean, linear design. This includes bronze hardware which overtime will give a “weathered” aged look - the more the handles are used, the more the base brass metal will slowly show through - and the use of reclaimed timber and European oak which meets their aesthetic requirements but is also in keeping with their values.
Wooden slats will offer subtle glimpses of the wall paint and keeping a balance between the “farmhouse” and “modern” look of the brief. The built-in pieces also integrate lighting and smart technology such as charging points in the bedside drawers.
