No two jobs are the same, but the following should give you an idea of the stages involved, whatever the project...from cushion covers to curtains or even a full redecoration.
1. A free home consultation, where we will discuss your needs, measure up and show sources of inspiration as well as a wide range of fabrics and fittings.
2. We are happy to send out fabric swatches to you, free of charge to provide you with plenty of choice.
3. Once you have chosen your fabric or other products, we will provide you with a quote. Upon your accpetance of the quote and receipt of the initial 50% deposit, we will agree a timescale for your finished product.
4. Our prices always include delivery and fitting of items, unless you request otherwise. We have recommended fitters, who will carry out any neccesary work, however you are welcome to use you own tradesmen if preferred.
5. Upon satisfactory completion of the project, the remaining balance will become payable.
